CU Denver Campus Village exclusively
houses students attending CU Denver.
The chances of acquiring the
apartment of the choice you desire is determined by the timing that your
completed application and signed contract is received and executed. Soonest always gets better results.
The power of choosing roommates is
placed in the hands of those who value it most.
RoomSync is a roommate matching app on Facebook that will help with the
selection of compatible roommates or assist with the arrangement of syncing up
with the friends you choose to room with.
After reviewing documentation
pertaining to grants, loans and scholarships with parents and the financial aid
office, you’ll have the best idea of where you stand. You can request and
arrange that with your CU Denver financial aid officer. Typically, tuition and fees will be paid
first and then the remainder will cover housing costs. Most loans that consider the expense of on-campus
housing should cover Campus Village.
In addition to selecting a room
type, 1st Year students are required to select a meal plan. There are three meal plan dining options to choose from.
The Broncos Plan: 19 meals per week
and includes $40 flex spending per month
The Nuggets Plan: 14 Meals per week
and includes $60 flex spending per month
The Rockies Plan: 10 Meals per week
and includes $80 flex spending per month
Flex spending funds can be used for the
Cyber Café, I Pie Pizza or additional Cafeteria food or snacks. All upper classman residents have the option
to choose from any of the 5 meal plans featured in our CU Onsite Dining Hall
Meal Plans, or opt out of the meal plan option. The weekly allotted
all-you-care-to-eat meals must be used within the week or they will be
forfeited. Although non-refundable and non-transferable, unused flex spending
balances can be carried over from month to month through the term of the
contract. Any unused credit balance at the end of the contract term will be
forfeited.
We have partnered with RoomSync to provide a modern matching platform where residents
choose their own roommates. After you complete the leasing process you will be
emailed a link to join our RoomSync network. You will then log in to RoomSync
using Facebook, create a matching profile, and begin your search to find your
new best friend - or roommate for starters. If you already have a roommate
in mind, you can confirm your roommate request within RoomSync.
Residents who already
have preferred roommates can confirm their roommate match requests using RoomSync, our roommate matching platform. If they do not already
have a roommate, residents will search for and choose their own roommate
using RoomSync. Residents will be able to communicate with each other during
and after the selection process. In the event that potential roommates discover
that they are no longer compatible, they can request a different roommate and
we will do our best to accommodate a change request. To provide sufficient
time and the greatest opportunity for residents to find the perfect roommate, applications
should be submitted and contracts signed and executed as early as possible.
Signing a contract to live at Campus
Village is different from signing up for a dorm at another campus housing
facility. The contract with Campus Village is legally binding and enforceable
with terms and conditions. Please refer
to our contract buyout policy and terms.
You will have to submit a request to modify/terminate contract
obligation form for review.
Yes. All contracts are required to
have a guarantor. If an approved guarantor cannot be obtained, EdR Management,
Inc. will accept and honor a security deposit of 20% of your semester rate.

amenity provided throughout the building, besides the ability to hook up
through an Ethernet cable. Outside routers are prohibited.
Campus Village Dining provides food
that appeals to a variety of tastes and nutritional needs. See our dining partner's website at: http://www.campusvillagedining.com
